JRMB Meeting: Power Issues, Suterra PSA Still Unsigned

The Juniper Ridge Management Board met again today, along with a whose who of local developers: Mike Hollern, Todd Taylor, Bruce Kemp and Darren Powderly of Compass Commercial, etc. The subject of this part of the meeting was the absorption rate and pricing for JR. It was eventually established that absorption of 10-15 acres per year was probable, and that a $7 sq. ft. price was a good baseline. It seems that industrial dirt goes for closer to $4/sq. ft., while office dirt is/was closer to $30/sq. ft. All agreed that prices had gone down by 30% to 50% in the last 12 months.

A much more egregious issue is power to the site. As Chair John James noted, if they can't turn on the lights, they ain't going to come (my interpretation) and it ensued that Pacific Power is at least 18 months away from building a substation to provide power for anyone other than Les Schwab. Suterra is going to require a special temporary line, the payment for which will be an issue, for whatever power they end up needing. There was discussion of whether Suterra is expecting power to their property line. No one really had an answer. Angie from Pacific Power roughly estimated cost of a temporary solution at around $100,000.

Suterra seems to be very less than forthcoming with its power consumption figures. They are designing an entirely new manufacturing process, and although both the city and Pacific Power have been repeatedly requesting power load information, they just today supplied a partial answer. They don't seem to really know.

There was also a few minutes spent on the issue of architectural review of the Suterra facility. It was decided that city staff would lead this, and everyone else would rubber stamp it.

But the most interesting thing was that issue nobody wanted to talk about publically: there is still no Suterra Purchase and Sales Agreement signed by both parties.

Even though I was provided a copy that was signed by one Craig Cooper, SVP of Suterra, LLC. It was not signed by Eric King, City Manager.

Which seems very odd to me.

I was then booted from the room because they started an Executive Session to discuss this issue.

To be continued...

Yes, PUSSY this is my biz, and the rate is about $100k for 100yds for 3phase, underground or overground.

Who would have guessed that SDC's weren't free??

Any good physicist can tell exactly by the projected watt-hours what they're going to do, exactly what process they'll be using.

Given the secrecy, my guess is they're going to be un-earthing the dead and bringing them to life ala Frankenstein.

Lastly, PUSSY its all about the WATER consumption which is WELL WATER, that is the camels-back to this Nazi Experiment.

Ominious Parallels Between Nazi Poison Gas and Calif Pesticide Spraying
by Pesticide History

Is BEND OREGON really NOT responsible for Suterra Checkmate??

The Nazi's used Zyklon B form IG FARBEN to terminate the lives of millions of Jews in gas chambers, after the war the manufacturers were tried and executed.

The Nazi's used Zyklon B a pesticide with a similar formulation to that used by Suterra LLC, of Bend Oregon.

Zyklon B

This article is about the cyanide-based insecticide used during the Holocaust. For the Norwegian black metal band, see Zyklon-B (band).

Zyklon B (IPA: [tsykloːn ˈbeː], also spelled Cyclon B or English Cyclone B) was the trade name of a cyanide-based insecticide infamous for its use by Nazi Germany against Jews and other minorites in the gas chambers of extermination camps during the Holocaust.

It consisted of hydrogen cyanide (prussic acid, Blausäure in German, hence B), a stabilizer, and a warning odorant that were impregnated onto various substrates, typically small absorbent pellets, fibre discs, or diatomaceous earth. Zyklon B was stored in airtight containers; when exposed to air, the material released gaseous hydrogen cyanide (HCN).

From 1929 onwards the U.S. used Zyklon B to disinfect the freight trains and clothes of Mexican immigrants entering the US.[2]

Farm Securities Administration photographer Marion Post Wolcott recorded the use of cyanide gas and zyklon by the Public Health Service at the New Orleans Quarantine Station during the 1930s.[3]

The pesticide was used by Nazi Germany as a chemical weapon to poison prisoners in the gas chambers of the largest extermination camp, Auschwitz Birkenau, and also at Majdanek, one of the Operation Reinhard camps. At the other extermination camps, engine exhaust was used in the gas chambers. Many of the victims were Jews and the Zyklon B gas became a central symbol of the Holocaust.

Zyklon B was used in the concentration camps initially for delousing to control typhus. The chemical used in the gas chambers was deliberately made without the warning odorant.[4]

In January or February 1940, 250 Gypsy children from Brno in the Buchenwald concentration camp were used as guinea pigs for testing the Zyklon B gas.[5] On September 3, 1941, around 600 Soviet prisoners of war and 250 sick Polish prisoners were gassed with Zyklon B at Auschwitz camp I; this was the first experiment with the gas at Auschwitz. The experiments lasted more than 20 hours.

PESTICIDE or GENOCIDE? HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION ON U.S. CITIZENS.

by Keith Howe

West Nile Virus Fraud! Light Brown Apple Moth (LBAM) Fraud!

"Dr. Jeffrey W. Runge, chief medical officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, told a congressional subcommittee on July 22 that the risk of a large-scale biological attack on the nation is significant.Runge used the terrifying example of a terrorist flying over Providence with an aerosolized sprayer releasing air-borne anthrax over the metropolitan area." (1)

I don't recall any terrorist's flying over America with an aerosolized sprayer releasing airborne weapons of mass destruction on her citizens. I am aware, however, of the U.S. government spraying weapons of mass destruction on us, in the form of toxic nerve agents (malathion, pyrenone 5,25, Checkmate OLR-F, Checkmate LBAM-F) with the excuse of protecting us from non-threatening fruit flies, light brown apple moths, and mosquitoes allegedly carrying the West Nile Virus (which is almost no threat to humans).

What about MTBE in your gasoline, chemtrails, open air dirty bombs, 1,000 pounds per year (application was filed for a permit to raise that to 8,000 pounds per year) being detonated by Lawrence Livermore Laboratories, exposing the San Francisco Bay Area to deadly radiation? How about trucks driving through our neighborhoods in the middle of the night spraying us with deadly pesticides for a mosquito possibly carrying the relatively harmless West Nile Virus. Or open air testing on human subjects with biological and biochemical agents by the Pentagon and Department of Defense, as authorized by the United States Congress in HR1119, Section 1078.

AMERICA, you, your families, and your children have been declared lab rats by Congress!
As was approved by 105th Congress, 1st Session, 1998:
H.R. 1119, NATIONAL DEFENSE AND AUTHORIZATION ACT, SEC. 1078. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF HUMAN SUBJECTS FOR TESTING OF CHEMICAL OR BIOLOGICAL AGENTS. (a) PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES- The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract)-- (1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or (2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects. (b)EXCEPTIONS- Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e), the prohibition in subsection (a) does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:
(1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity.
(e) BIOLOGICAL AGENT DEFINED- In this section, the term 'biological agent' means any micro-organism (including bacteria, viruses, fungi, rickettsiac, or protozoa), pathogen, or infectious substance, and any naturally occurring, bioengineered, or synthesized component of any such micro-organism, pathogen, or infectious substance, whatever its origin or method of production, that is capable of causing-- (1) death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human, an animal, a plant, or another living organism; (2) deterioration of food, water, equipment, supplies, or materials of any kind; or (3) deleterious alteration of the environment.
The full text of this bill (1,099 pages) may be viewed at: commdocs.house.gov/reports/105/h1119.pdf (go to pages 703 through 706 of document for section 1078, Human Experimentation).
This is exactly what has been and is being perpetrated upon the people of the United States. Not by foreign terrorists, but by your own government, with your own tax dollars!

These are federal programs spraying populations with deadly nerve agents (pesticides) and pheromones which can affect human reproductive hormones (forced sterilization?). Americans are being sprayed against their will and without their consent, in violation of state, federal, and International laws, including the Nuremberg Code. (2) It is a federal crime to make fraudulent claims about pesticides and their use.

The spraying of residential areas must be stopped immediately. West Nile Virus is an insignificant threat to humans (most people infected experience little more than mild flu-like symptoms). Vector Control Agencies find a couple of dead birds and mosquitoes that allegedly have this benign virus in them, and then propose that as justification for the massive poisoning of residential areas with deadly contact nerve agents to under the guise of protecting us.

One of the pesticide used for ground applications is Pyrenone 25-5, which consists of:
5% pyrethrins
25% piperonyl butoxide (PBO)
70% unknown.

Pyrethrins are a leading cause of insecticide poisonings. PBO is classified as a possible human carcinogen. Both of these dangerous chemicals interfere with hormonal functions.

This pesticide is manufactured by Bayer Corporation, a subsidiary of I.G. Farben, the corporation that manufactured malathion and zyklon-B for the nazi's (to be used to exterminate human beings, not insects). (3) Isn't it interesting to know that many of the same companies manufacturing these "pesticides" also manufacture the pharmaceutical drugs to treat you when you become sick (from these pesticides?). (4)

The excuse for the spraying is that it is to prevent a dangerous outbreak of West Nile Virus. The following website provides a fact sheet on West Nile Virus, showing it is virtually no danger to humans, while the spraying is dangerous and contraindicated in every way! www.stopwestnilesprayingnow.org/DavisMyths.pdf

Government laboratories breed hundreds of millions of mosquitoes, then infect them and release them into communities to see how infectious they are. They just don't care about humans! In fact, these psychopaths want to eliminate as much as 90% of the global population! First they breed the mosquitoes. Then they infect the mosquitoes. Then they release the infected mosquitoes and monitor the "experiment" at the hospitals as people get infected, become ill, and die! Next they spray us with pesticides to protect us from a virus, which they created in the first place.

Covert Testing of Other Disease Agents- Mad Cow Disease/Kuru/CJD

After WW1 and WW2, eugenics scientists from Japan and Germany were brought to the United States to share their wonderful discoveries of plague generation and genocide with lunatic psychopaths in the DOD (Department of Death and Destruction). AIDS was developed by the DOD for the purpose of population control. After the scientists had perfected it, the government sent medical teams from the Centers for Disease Control--under the direction of Dr Donald A. Henderson to Africa. From 1969-1971 they gave free vaccinations against smallpox; but five years after receiving this vaccination, 60% of those inoculated were suffering from AIDS. (5)

It is clear that the U.S. government is engaged in biological and biochemical experimentation upon it's own citizens. (6) This is damaging to the health of average citizens, especially the most vulnerable populations, such as babies, children, pregnant women, the elderly, the chronically ill, and those with compromised immune systems. American citizens, therefore, need to protest these sprayings and other activities in no uncertain terms to legislators on local, state, and federal levels.

New report today from SF, CA on Suterra poisoning. It's a CYA report to cover Cali Governor from lawsuits, but note, anger rages on.

Aerial pesticide spraying put people at risk

Mike Lynberg

San Francisco Chronical

The state's long-awaited report on the human health risks of aerial pesticide spraying for the light brown apple moth was released last week. The report says what thousands of outraged people from Monterey to Marin County had feared: the product sprayed put some people at risk.

"We cannot exclude the possibility that one or more ingredients in the LBAM product could cause an allergic response in sensitive individuals," reads the report, issued by the Department of Pesticide Regulation, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment, and the Department of Public Health.

The report acknowledges that some of the ailments suffered by people in the Monterey and Santa Cruz areas - namely asthma and reactive airway disease - "may be associated with exposure to a sensitizer or allergen."

Furthermore, the report says the product sprayed last year on densely populated Central Coast neighborhoods caused white blood cells to multiply at an "abnormally high rate" in the lymph nodes of the test animals.

Nonetheless, state Secretary A. G. Kawamura of the California Department of Food and Agriculture continues to say in a press release, "This study was important to reassure Californians that we always have public safety in mind."

Actually, the study does quite the opposite.

It reveals that aerial spraying, which was ended in residential areas in June because of widespread public protests, could have jeopardized people's health. It demonstrates that the CDFA did not really know the consequences of its actions, and that Secretary Kawamura's promises have been based more on wishes than science.

Late last year, an 11-month-old boy was admitted to the hospital and nearly died immediately after his Monterey neighborhood was aerial sprayed. The doctors' diagnosis: reactive airway disease. Now the boy, who was healthy before the spraying, has asthma.

The boy was one of hundreds of people made sick in the Monterey and Santa Cruz areas when their neighborhoods were essentially crop-dusted with a synthetic pheromone mixture. Seventy-four doctors filed pesticide illness reports. Several people ended up in emergency rooms.

There is more in the new report to validate the outrage many people felt about aerial spraying. State agencies now say there is a "paucity of data" on long-term exposure to the pesticides. Lab animals were tested for very short periods of time, whereas people in the Monterey and Santa Cruz areas were exposed to chemicals that persisted in the air for 30 to 60 days.

The report also admits that laboratory tests on a small number of animals might not be an adequate predictor of human health effects when large numbers of people - with different levels of sensitivity - are exposed to a pesticide.

Finally, the state's report acknowledges that officials grossly underestimated the number of microparticles in the spray, those small enough to reach a person's deep lung tissue and enter the bloodstream. The American Lung Association cautions that such particulate matter is dangerous to human health.

Although it erodes the agency's credibility, Secretary Kawamura and other CDFA officials continue to say the aerial spraying was harmless. Now they are promising that other LBAM eradication tactics will be safe, including the many pheromone-laced twist ties they plan to hang in residential neighborhoods all over Northern and Central California.

Recent information on the moth eradication program makes clear what many people have suspected: The CDFA's program has been a grand - or grave - experiment on the people's health without their informed consent.

Mike Lynberg, an author and communication consultant in Pacific Grove, collected hundreds of illness complaints after aerial spraying on the Central Coast, and forwarded them to state agencies, elected officials and the press.

imagine that! lbam-f (suterra) is toxic, who would have guessed?

Analysis of six pack studies of LBAM-F
by John Thielking
11-13-08

I finally got hold of the actual six pack studies that were done to test the LBAM-F to see if it is toxic. The studies also include the testing of the other substances that might be used, but I have not read those yet.

The complete set of studies can be downloaded by surfing to
ftp://pestreg.cdpr.ca.gov/pub/outgoing/lbam/ .
Right click and “save link as” to download each document. No ftp program is required.

After reviewing just the studies that look at LBAM-F, it appears that there is cause for concern revealed in some of the studies. Although the LD50 or LC50 threshold was not reached at any of the dose levels in any of the studies, there are plenty of observable effects including discolorations of lungs, livers and spleens in the test animals. One animal in a set of 10 test animals died in the Acute Dermal Toxicity study. Dissecting the animal revealed that the animal had discolored lungs, spleen and liver. This raises a red flag and underlines the need to establish long term No Observed Effect Levels (NOEL) and Lowest Observed Effect Levels (LOEL) for the substances being tested. Establishing NOEL and LOEL numbers will make it possible to calculate 8 hour worker exposure or Threshold Limit Values (TLV’s) and one hour general population exposure or Temporary Emergency Exposure Limit Values (TEEL’s) with a fair degree of accuracy. Contrary to popular opinion in the anti-LBAM spray circles, the six-pack tests did in fact test the complete formulation of LBAM-F, not just the fake pheromone. However it should be noted that the so called "complete formula" probably does not include any additional surfactant that was probably added on board the aircraft just before the spraying actually occurred over Santa Cruz and Monterey.

In more detail, here are my reviews of the six-pack studies that looked at LBAM-F.

Acute Eye Irritation Study
LBAM-F was minimally irritating for less than 24 hours. Three rabbits were tested with one eye treated in each rabbit.

Acute Oral Toxicity Study
Three female albino rats were dosed at 5000mg/kg. No abnormalities were seen after 14 days in either weight gain or upon dissection.

Acute Dermal Toxicity Study In Rats
5 male and 5 female Rats were dosed at 5050mg/kg. One male rat died after 1 day. Upon dissection this rat showed discolored lungs, liver and spleen. The other rats survived until the end of the study (day 14). None of the other rats showed discolored organs.

Acute Inhalation Toxicity Study In Rats
Five male and five female albino rats were exposed for 4 hours to an aerosol of 2.2 mg/liter of LBAM-F. Dissection revealed discolored lungs and/or liver in five animals. These anomalous results were not summarized in a table or otherwise detailed further. 50% of the microcapsules were measured to be 2.4 microns or smaller.

Acute Dermal Irritation Study In Rabbits
Three albino rabbits, one male, two female had LBAM-F placed for 4 hours in contact with their skin. Two of the rabbits (1 male, 1 female) exhibited barely perceptible Erythema type reactions at 1 hour and 24 hours after removal of the LBAM-F irritant. Primary Irritation Index was assigned a value of 0.3 out of a possible 8.0. Total observation period: 72 hours. The toxicity category was assigned based only on the observations made at 72 hours (no results). Assigned Toxicity Category IV.

Skin Sensitization Study In Mice
There were three test groups of five female mice, plus two control groups of five female mice (positive controls and vehicle controls). Stimulation index >3 in two groups of test animals, with the third group testing at 2.8, using 100% undiluted, 50% and 25% LBAM-F in propylene glycol. Only after analyzing the lymph nodes for trace radioactivity from the radioactive tracer were any results obtained. The visual observations showed no results (animals ears not irritated by application of LBAM-F).

Skin Sensitization Study In Guinea Pigs
15 male and 15 female short haired albino guinea pigs assigned to group 1 (control) 5 per sex or group 2 (test) 10 per sex. They were given 3 treatments each over a 15 day period where the animals were exposed for 6 hours each time. After a two week rest period, the test group was administered another dose at a virgin test site to see if skin sensitization had occurred. The authors reported no results. All of the animals gained a lot of weight during the study. Their weight went from about 350 grams to 550 grams in only 30 days. Skin reactions were elevated in the test group compared to the control group (0.4 vs 0.1) but this is not significant?

Conclusion: There just were not enough animals used in these studies for long enough periods of time to really rule out the possibility that LBAM-F is toxic. What little data there is indicates serious problems with LBAM-F. The fact that the Acute Oral Toxicity Study showed no results while the Acute Dermal Toxicity Study had one rat die clearly indicates the shortcomings regarding the number of test animals used in even these minimal studies. Of course the best solution for both humans and animals would be to reclassify the LBAM so that none of these tests would be needed.
